The main objective of Thermosole Skill Development Centre (TSDC) is to design and develop training courses in accordance with emerging needs with the involvement of experts. Give best theoretical and practical practices to trainees that results best quality and standard products on the floor. The TSDC collaborates in partnership with PSDF. The participation and co-operation of employers in its training activities is the main strength of the centre that has made it most successful and sustainable model.
